Romans 5:9-11

Now that we are set right with God by means of this sacrificial death, the consummate blood sacrifice, there is no longer a question of being at odds with God in any way. If, when we were at our worst, we were put on friendly terms with God by the sacrificial death of his Son, now that we're at our best, just think of how our lives will expand and deepen by means of his resurrection life! Now that we have actually received this amazing friendship with God, we are no longer content to simply say it in plodding prose. We sing and shout our praises to God through Jesus, the Messiah!

This and this is That and that.

K so I lied.
I'm sorry, I didn't have time to blog last night. It wasn't till around 1:30am I came home.

Well first off, I went to Relate's 25th anniversary and it was awesome. A lot of people came, I was quite surprised. It was packed full.
But very enjoyable :)
There was a live jazz band, with a young blonde who could sing. If my Papa was there, he definitley would've enjoyed it.
They also had a slide show of pictures from way back when. Some were priceless, just the clothes they wore and all the different hair styles. There was even a video slide show of multiple different clips and such from different times of different years. It was pretty interesting to see how my church grew. I've missed out on so much, but I know that God has something greater for this year. He is good hey?

Afterwards, I drove home, visited starbucks (mine), and went over to Paula's and Yaisa's (two of my besties). We all just basically talked about everything. It was awesome. Just to sit and do nothing, felt quite good. I'd do it again. And I believe we are, soon enough :)
We even got talking about certain stories, especially ones about spiders. Blah. Makes me cringe at the thought of one. Sorry for mentioning it, and making you cringe.

But that there was my night of fun. Until I came home and had 5 hours of sleep, to wake up and have work the next morning. Woops, my bad. Oh well, I was fine. I complained alot, but eventually someone told me to shut up.
My manager had a blast making fun of me today, hmm, whatta highlight. Finally I was able to not feel awkward around her or feel intimidated. And this is a good thing.

After work was a nice time at home with family. Family came over for dinner. My dad's sister's family. At first I wasn't looking forward to it, but I knew that God had me in that situation for a reason. He wanted me to invite my cousin out to Wildfire.
And I did just that. She may be coming out :) She said she really wants to go. Maybe this'll help a lot in these certain situations that is going on in her life.

I know that this isn't entertaining. And may seem more like a journal entry. But hey, who cares, since I had a lot to say, this is all you get this time. And eventually you'll get more (aka tomorrow).

My Cup of Tea

One of my friends from high school invited me to a concert, a Toby Mac concert. It was something I never imagined it would be. I never knew that he was so gangster... Let me just say it was rather interesting.

Sadly enough I didn't know any of his songs, and I didn't know any of the opening bands. I don't even remember the name of them.

But there was a few worship songs he sang that I was able to follow along. 'Jesus Freak' and a few of the other ones that he didn't create, like 'In The Light', by DC Talk, and 'God of This City'. But still over all was a great night out with a friend, Erica Murphy.

After becoming deaf, with ringing ears, we left for Guildford and attended my Starbucks. We had tea lattes and a cup of whipped cream, made especially by my co-workers. Its like our home made icecream, so good. :)

It was definitely a great day yesterday. And today is going to be even better, just expect another post, because you will be getting one after tonight!

Life as we Know it.

God is a miracle worker, and He definitely listens to prayers.

Who has their N?

I do!

God is awesome, and I'm pretty sure we all knew that. He's phenomenal, I love him so much.

Bring
a
zing
in,
n'
get
around

That right there was excitement. And its an acronym for "bazinga", my fav quote from Sheldon Cooper.

Thanks everyone for believing in me, and praying for me! I knew I could do it too. I just want to say that I love my friends. 'Nuff said :)

Adventure after adventure.

Last night was wildfire, and obviously it was awesome. I got talking with a few friends and soon enough it was time to bus to guildford. I was with Nicky and Paula. The bus ride was alright, really it was. But the fact that there was one awkward guy who smelled like weed. It was sickening, it gave me a headache.
But thats not the exciting part. It was the drive home from "Charles", it was like an adventure. There was odd turns, crazy cul-de-sacs, and an awkward visit in the alley way. And best of all, "Charles" ran over his own foot. How you ask? Well I'll tell you. It was pretty funny. "Charles" decided, after I said I was lonely in the back seat because we dropped off our friend, he thought that maybe since he was driving he could hop in the back seat and keep me company. Paula drove the car from the passenger seat, controlling the steering wheel with one hand, while "Charles" kept the car moving on a straight road at a slow pace. Once the close was clear, he hopped out and into the back. Smiling, he jumped out, the car went bump and soon enough he was back in his seat, driving the car. Just like that, he ran over his own foot. "Charles" had tire marks on his one shoe. It was hilarious! Definitely an adventure right there.

Today was pretty awesome, it was my first time ever to train someone. And it went pretty smoothly. I tought her how to make decaf coffee (and how you might ask, is just a few scoops of coffee, and a certain amount for that specific cup. Then we pour the hot water over the coffee in a circular motion.. over the cup, and tada! There's your decaf coffee.) and how to make coffee coffee... well sort of, because right when I was about to tell her more about it, it got busy with a line of people. So then I never got the rest of the chance to tell her. Oh well, at least I was offered to do it. :)

After work I got to meet up with Paula at Starbs (aka Starbucks) we had our chance to finally hang out one on one. :) And it was fun, we talked about spiders... I don't know why, but we did.
We went to the dollar store. We found strange, but good things there. Anything you think of, it was there, pretty sweet. I'm totally going back there for my party supplies. :) Watch out party people, it's going to be pretty wicked.

I've got to be a little more creative with my blogs, next time, it will be awesome.
Promise (well, who knows, I might forget).

Into the Wardrobe.

Seeing as I forgot to post last night, I better do it tonight, before I get into trouble.

So I'm not much of a blogger, so you're going to have to manage.

I'm going to summerize both days, today and yesterday. So yesterday, my four friends, Yaisa, Paula, Gabbi, and Nicky, took me out to Earls in Guildford for my birthday dinner. It was a blast I must say, you totally missed out, seeing as you weren't there.
At first Paula told me that we were going to McDonalds for my birthday dinner, and I was like "You're not serious are you?" She said "Of course, I have a list of things for you to do." I believed her, I started walking up to the restaraunt and apparently it wasn't the right one. That was when I found out that it wasn't the right one. I was the joke of the night. Sure you can laugh about it now, and I'm pretty sure you could've laughed about it then too. I did. :)
They bought me dinner and dessert, it was lovely. It definitely was an awesome early-belated birthday party.

Today was a little off the hook, in a stressful way of course, and I'm talking about work. Since I work at starbucks, it is a crazy place to work at. If you want hype and intense, I suggest to work there.
Just people these days, they want compicated drinks and they are very, very picky. And when they are ready to pay, they give me a $20 bill. Sometimes they've given me a $50 and a $100.
Who on earth would pay for a $2 coffee with a $50 bill?

SO that's the just of my last two days. See I told you I'm not much of a blogger.

Just so you know, I'm chilling with Kathleen and Yaisa and singing along to "Fix You" by Coldplay. <3

Lucky

This is what I call a love hate relationship. Except hate is a strong word. So I'll use a different word... dislike. Meh, no I won't.

Friends never know when to quit. When someone says no, they won't take it as an answer. So don't even try it, you'll just go through a living hell. Trust me. It sucks.
So you better be doing what they say, because usually it'll help you in the future and fix you're problems now.

Oh man don't you love it when you're friends text you, and text you, and text you, nagging you to open up a blog? Yeah, they're doing that to me. Lucky me.

Good luck :)
